Fernando Colón González (San Juan, 1966), began his artistic career in Puerto Rico in the mid ‘80’s;  less than 5 years later he was established in the United States and Europe.   His painting has been described by critics as deceptively simple, with the implicit complexity and refinement of the Zen tradition.  He presently  lives and works in New York.
